(1) In accordance with Section 11 of the Act, the Council may delegate to the committee constituted as follows, the powers granted to it by the Council in accordance with the Act and these regulations, under its supervision and supervision:-
(a) Registration Committee,
(b) Examination Committee,
(c) Professional Conduct and Health Committee,
(d) Education and Continuing Professional Development Committee.
(2) In addition to the committee under sub-rule (1), the council may form two additional committees if deemed necessary.
(3) The work, duties and rights of the committee formed in accordance with sub-rules (1) and (2) shall be as provided in the regulations.
(4) In the committee formed according to sub-rule (1), the council may appoint at least three to five members representing dentists as per the need.
